Greetings!

We thank you in advance for your time and interest in our organization. The Lincoln-Way Area Business Women’s Organization (LWABWO)
is a club formed in the 1970s to support the interest of businesswomen in the work world, as well as, to extend opportunities to businesswomen
through education.

Our main focus is to provide scholarship funds to graduating high school seniors and adult women for the purpose of continuing education.
The number and size of the annual scholarships are based upon the result of the LWABWO fund raising event, with recipients attending
the June meeting as an honored guest. We try to provide as many scholarships as possible through our fund raising activities, with our
awesome, colossal, Holiday Christmas Auction being the primary fund-raiser.

Our regularly scheduled meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, September through June. Meetings are not held in July or
August. Our meeting location is always held in the banquet room of Little Joe's Famous Pizza and Restaurante, located at 1300 N. Cedar
Rd, New Lenox, IL. 60451, Phone: 815- 463-1099.

A brief outline of our meeting procedure is as follows:

 Every meeting begins at 6:00 pm - Check-in 
                                           
                                                       6:30 pm - Dinner

                                                       7:00 pm - Our Business Meeting

                                                       7:30 pm - Program (various topics from members or outside sources)

                                                       8:30 pm - Act of Kindness (various donation causes we participate in)

                                                       9:00 pm - Adjournment

Membership dues are $25.00 per year, paid at the 1st meeting in September.

New members are always welcome, and we encourage all members to bring guests.
